We are seeking a Director of Nursing to lead our brand-new 92-bed home in Rolestown. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement nursing policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure high-quality resident care.
• Lead and inspire the nursing team to achieve performance goals and uphold high standards.
• Monitor and enhance care outcomes and quality metrics to ensure continuous improvement.
• Manage staffing levels effectively to provide excellent care while optimizing resources.
• Oversee staff training and professional development, supporting a culture of lifelong learning.
• Collaborate on strategic planning and budgeting to maximize occupancy and maintain quality standards.
• Partner with the finance team to ensure timely submission of financial reports.
• Work across departments to foster an interdisciplinary approach to care.
• Ensure full compliance with all HIQA and regulatory requirements.

What We’re Looking For

• Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Qualification in Management.
  • Active NMBI Registration.

• Experience:
  • At least 3 years in a leadership role within a nursing home setting (in the last 5 years).

• Skills:
  • Comprehensive knowledge of HIQA regulations and nursing best practices.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.
