About the Role

As a Chef at Bellevie Living, you’ll be responsible for creating nutritious, delicious meals that meet the dietary needs and preferences of our residents. Working in a modern, well-equipped kitchen, you’ll be part of a supportive team dedicated to providing excellent care and comfort to our residents.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and prepare balanced, nutritious meals tailored to residents’ dietary requirements.
• Ensure all meals are presented attractively and served on time.
• Maintain high standards of food hygiene and kitchen safety, adhering to HACCP protocols.
• Collaborate with the care team to accommodate individual dietary needs, including allergies and special diets.
• Manage inventory, monitor stock levels, and ensure efficient ordering of supplies.
• Maintain a clean, organised kitchen environment at all times.

What We’re Looking For

• Qualifications:
  • Relevant culinary qualification (e.g., professional cookery or equivalent).
  • HACCP certification or willingness to complete.
• Experience and Skills:
  • Previous experience as a Chef in healthcare, hospitality, or similar sectors.
  • Passion for creating healthy, flavorful meals.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • A positive, team-oriented attitude.
