Facility: Newly built, 92-bed nursing home

About the Role
As a Registered Nurse at Bellevie Living, you’ll provide exceptional care and support to our residents, ensuring their dignity, comfort, and well-being. You’ll work as part of a collaborative team in a welcoming and purpose-built facility, delivering person-centred care to create a safe and nurturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, evidence-based nursing care to residents.
- Administer medications and manage treatment plans in line with best practices.
- Work closely with the Director of Nursing and care team to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Build strong, trusting relationships with residents and their families.
- Ensure compliance with HIQA standards and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records.
- Provide leadership and guidance to care assistants and support staff.
What We’re Looking For
- Qualifications:
- Registered with NMBI as an RGN, RPN, or RNID.
- Relevant nursing qualification.
- Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience in a nursing home or similar setting is preferred.
- Excellent clinical and communication skills.
- A genuine passion for caring for the elderly.
